Never sure about silver. There was so many fines for fraud by big players - lost confidence with paper price action and to much hassle to sell the the tarnished supposedly silver teapot sitting in basement (passed on by the elders).
Homebuilders tricky. Definitely interest rate sensitive- even if you’re lucky to live in US with long loans (with luck issued when rates were fabulous).
Wish I had a Labrador dog! Our family has a naughty Scottie (terrier)/Shih Tzu (read Sh.t). Much loved in the face of adversity...
This is a really interesting podcast. You guys have good chemistry, a lot in common but enough differences to make it easy, thoughtful, with some compelling thoughts! Keep it up!
